Who should register:
Important: create an account in PARIS only if:
- you want to inquire about whether your organization must begin the process of becoming a registered career college (CC).
- your organization must submit a business name approval application.
- you are a current or former student that wants to lodge a complaint about a CC.
- you are an individual that wants to contact the ministry regarding a CC.
Please do not create an account if you:
- represent a registered career college (CC) as they are already registered in PARIS.
- are associated with the operation of an existing CC but do not have a login. Please contact your CC’s official signing authority who will create an account for you or your assigned inspector.
- are a third-party assessor. You will receive an email from the ministry asking you to register for an account. You will then be able to complete your assessment of programs.

If you want to submit an application for a:
- pre-screening for a program to see if you need to register as a career college
- new CC registration
- business name approval related to vocational training and you have signing authority on behalf of an organization that may wish to apply to become a registered CC.

If you are:
- a member of the public making an inquiry about a career college

- an organization submitting an application for a business name approval
unrelated to vocational training.
